FRANCES GUMM - "Scorch the Earth"
(pgn 027)
RELEASE DATE: NOVEMBER, 2008
Founded in the fertile Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts and later sent to ferment and fester in the tundra of St. Paul, MN, Frances Gumm has turned out to be a slightly degenerate and surprisingly melodic rock band. This is their latest offering; a bitter sweet answer to the world.

JOSE AYERVE - "The Nuclear Waste Management Club" (pgn 028)
RELEASE DATE: OCTOBER, 2008
This is the long-awaited follow-up to 2002's Cinco Pesos, though this time, Ayerve is accompanied by fellow SPOUSE-mates: JJ O'Connell, Mark Schwaber, and Ken Maiuri, with dueling lead vocals by Anne Pinkerton and shimmering guitar work by Peyton Pinkerton (New Radiant Storm King/Silver Jews/Pernice Brothers), rounded out by the talented piano and organ skills of Scott Hall (Drunk Stuntmen). Doug Cowan and Zeke Fiddler lend their vocal talents to a few of the tracks.
The Nuclear Waste Management Club is an album that has taken way too long to see the light of day. This collection of heart-on-sleeve songwriting represents some of Ayerve's strongest compositions to date. Anne Pinkerton's vocals set these recordings apart from the standard fare of Spouse.
